Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cryptware Ventures Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), which operates d-vc (Digital Visiting Cards) at d-vc.in under the Digi Soft brand, collects and uses personal information. By using d-vc.in you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password when you register.
• Card content you add: business name, designation, contact details, about text, products, photos, gallery images, links, videos and payment details you choose to display (for example your UPI ID or QR image). This content is public on your card page by design.
• Short links: the destination links you create, and basic click data (time, referring page, browser type) for your click statistics.
• Payment information: we record the plan, amount, date and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies needed to keep you logged in.

How we use it

• To create and show your digital card and run your account.
• To process payments, activate or renew your plan, and send receipts and service messages.
• To send verification and password-reset messages by email or WhatsApp.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse such as spam or phishing links.
• To answer your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Payment gateway: payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (or another RBI-authorised gateway we may use), under its own privacy policy.
• Messaging and email providers: Meta WhatsApp Business through our messaging partner, and email delivery services, only to deliver messages to you.
• Hosting: our website is hosted with Hostinger.
• QR images: QR codes may be generated by the qrserver.com service from the public link of your card.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies on d-vc.in.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and cards at any time; we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We handle requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular backups. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Children

d-vc is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
