d-vc is a digital service delivered online by Cryptware Ventures Pvt Ltd. Please read this before you buy.

Try before you pay

Every new card has a free 3-day trial so you can check the service before paying.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not renew, your card is simply deactivated when the plan ends. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Refunds

• Once a plan is activated, the fee is not refundable, because the service is delivered immediately.
• We will refund in full if: you were charged twice for the same card; money was debited but the plan was not activated and we cannot activate it; or a technical fault on our side stops the card from working and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
• We may refund the unused part of a plan at our discretion if you contact us within 7 days of payment and have a genuine problem we could not solve.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your card name, the payment date and reference, and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or the payment provider may take a few more days to show it.

Delivery

This is a digital service. Your plan is activated instantly after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved.
