Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of d-vc.in, a digital visiting card service operated by Cryptware Ventures Pvt Ltd under the Digi Soft brand ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept these terms.

The service

d-vc lets you create a digital visiting card with a public web link and QR code, optionally share it with an NFC tag, and (on paid plans) create short links. The service is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Accounts

You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content on your card.

Free trial and plans

• Every new card has a free trial of 3 days. Each customer can have up to 2 trial cards. Joining from a friend's card invite gives a 7-day trial instead (once per account).
• After the trial, the card is deactivated until you buy a plan.
• Paid plans are 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year and Lifetime. Current prices and included limits are shown on the pricing section and on the payment page. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
• A plan runs from the date of payment. When it ends, the card is deactivated and you can renew it. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action.
• "Lifetime" = 10 years from activation.
• We may change prices and plan limits for new purchases at any time. Plans already bought keep their term.

Payments

Payments are made through our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) or by UPI/QR shown on our payment page. Your plan is activated after the payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use d-vc for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. This includes spam, phishing, malware, adult content, impersonation, infringing others' rights, and short links that hide harmful pages. We may remove content, disable links or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. Your content

You own what you upload. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run your card. You confirm you have the right to use it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or improve features. Features that depend on third parties (payments, WhatsApp, email, QR images) may be affected by those providers.

NFC

NFC writing works on supported Android phones using Chrome. Results depend on your phone and the NFC tag you buy. The tag stores your public card link.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
